QualGroup established in 2015 is a division of Quality Service Solutions Ltd and is recognised as a leading cleaning service provider to medical and allied sector and commercial sectors in Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions.

Our team is qualified in health care and wellness practices led by the Directors- Riya Cherian and Vijo Madappilly Jose who have over 10 years of experience in Infection Prevention and Control. The couple started with a view to provide equivalent if not better Hospital grade cleaning service accessible to all their commercial clients. Starting off as a two-member team, QualGroup is now a nationally recognised industry provider of commercial cleaning services to businesses every day including in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions.

What we do:

With projects ranging from medical and allied sector cleaning, childcare centre cleaning, office space cleaning to retail cleaning and educational sector cleaning, QualGroup has the expertise and experience to ensure fast and effective cleaning service, regardless of the size of the site, existing cleanliness levels or type of property at hand. Our expertise lies in providing industrially proven Medical & Allied sector cleaning which is also available for commercial and other sector cleaning.

What makes us unique :

In partnership with High Performance Solutions, Australia, we have developed the High Performance Cleaning (HPC) methodology in all our cleaning processes. This means cleaning for maximum efficiency and effectiveness, with minimal risk to health and the wider environment. In all our sites, we will use validated and risk-assessed cleaning methods, implement quality systems and efficient workflows, continuously train, and monitor our cleaning teams, and achieve measurably higher standards of cleanliness. This gives our clients the satisfaction that every one of our cleaning methods and products are evidence based, validated, and scientifically backed to fight germs, diseases and sicknesses in the workplace. This in turn protects the occupants of the site, our employees, physical building and the overall air quality.
