QualClean Academy is a training Academy started by QualGroup keeping in mind the needs of our clients, our cleaners and our community.

Reasons for starting QualClean Academy:

QualGroup’s founders Vijo M. Jose and Riya Cherian are qualified Healthcare professionals and have been working in the health sector for more than a decade. Their experiences with the need for Healthy cleaning, medical standard levels of hygiene and sanitization are the reasons for the inception of QualGroup in 2015. And subsequently this led to the start of the QualClean Academy – a training and reinforcement system for our cleaning staff and technicians.

This has essentially become a part of our DNA, as we believe that combining training with the right tools and equipment, makes cleaning successful. Hence, at QualGroup we believe that training is the difference between just being a cleaner and being a professional cleaning technician.

Through this training Academy we aim to -

What does it involve?

> Induction training for every site and tool box talks,
> Regular Health & Safety training, carpet cleaning training, floor strip sealing & polishing training, chemical training (cleaning chemistry), customer service training amongst others and
> Cleaning manual and plans that indicate exact methodology and requirements of cleaning.

> Our ‘Train the trainer’ program ensures consistent and precise cleaning instructions are passed on to the cleaning staff. This is to ensure that even in the case of change of sites, managers or jobs- consistent and precise cleaning. instructions are passed onto all cleaning staff.
