Here are some of the ways that we apply the HPC methodology on a day-to-day basis:

  • In partnership with HPC Solutions Australia, our management team have completed High-Performance Cleaning training with Bridget Gardner. They are responsible for upskilling new and existing cleaning staff .
  • Cleaners are provided with detailed, visual cleaning manuals to ensure consistency across every site.
  • Cleaners are allowed sufficient time to do a good job - rather than being rushed to finish quickly and move on to the next site.
  • We spend extra time cleaning high touch points and areas of potential infection risk.
  • We use Green Seal Certified cleaning products to ensure that we are doing right by the environment.
  • The disinfectants we use are independently approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
  • We use UV fluorescence auditing tools to confirm that work is being done to our consistently high standards.
  • We undertake MOJ criminal conviction checks and continuous staff monitoring to ensure that your facility is secure and safe during cleans.
